CEO with 20 years of experience in the chemical industry. His career started with the world's largest chemical distributor, after which he founded the Chemcom Group. Being involved and working in almost all industries on the market he gained his experience, in the procurement and sales department. He is driven and motivated by perfectionism and the growth of the company to an European and global level, with the objective of establishing itself on the world chemical scene. Within the Chemcom Group, he embodies and represents the competitive spirit, which he carries over from his sports career. He has been a participant in many endurance races, such as the Ironman triathlon, whose very core overlaps and coincides with that of the Chemcom Group: dedication, endurance and persistence. He transfers all his experiences in work, sports and travel to his colleagues, pushing the boundaries of success further each day for years.

As one of the co-owner and Managing Director of Chemcom Group, he brings over 15 years of experience in chemical industry. He began his career with one of the world’s largest chemical distributors, where he gained strong business skills and knowledge. Before joining Chemcom Group, he held the position of Procurement Director, and today I leverage that experience to support every sector of the company. Driven by a commitment to growth and chasing excellence, together with CEO Mr.Filip Rosandic, he dedicates himself to expanding Chemcom Group’s presence across Europe and globally, with the aim of establishing the company as a key player on the world chemical stage.

Managing director of Chemcom Romania, he is ambitious and enthusiastic, young but experienced at the same time. With over 20 years in the industry of raw materials and chemicals, he held leading positions in some of the biggest global chemical distributors and blenders. His proven record is a result of being active in all fields od business like purchasing, operations, sales, marketing, distribution, managing teams, etc. He is currently setting the right path for Chemcom in the east part of Europe.

Beginning her career in pharma, she honed her expertise in supply chain management. As a reliable team player, she is open, supportive, and always willing to help colleagues, fostering collaboration and operational efficiency.

In his current role at Chemcom Group, Danijel oversees strategic sales initiatives, driving growth across multiple markets while leading cross-functional teams on complex projects like development of key account accros Europe.
